Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates:

  • Canada: $10 CAD
  • USA: $7 USD
  • Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD or $85 USD
    Note: Free shipping does not apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Shipping rates for these areas are available at checkout.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Canada: 2-8 business days
  • USA: 2-8 business days

General Shipping Information:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Delivery estimates apply to business days only.
  • Shipping times are approximate and subject to change.
  • Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • A signature may be required for orders over $300.
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario.

Wholesale Shipping:

Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be determined based on destination and package weight. Shipping fees will be added to your order invoice.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If packages are returned to Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address. We will confirm delivery details such as the provided address, date, tracking number, and carrier, which you can use to investigate.

  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.
  • Packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered) may be eligible for an insurance claim.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed
  • In salable condition
  • Accompanied by a receipt 

No Exceptions.

Clearance Items:

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before finalizing your order.

Return Shipping:

We provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned in Less Than New Condition:

Items returned in less than new condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense or disposed of, based on their preference.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will offer a return or exchange at no extra cost and cover return shipping. To help speed up the process, please provide photos of the defect or damage.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost (if applicable). For defective or damaged items, a full refund, including return shipping costs, will be provided.

Discount Adjustments:

If your order qualified for a discount based on the total order amount, and the return of items reduces the order total, the refund will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new order amount. The discount will be recalculated, and your refund will be based on the adjusted total.

Changes and Cancellations:

We process orders quickly, and once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.

To Submit a Return:

  • Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or go to the refund policy/returns page and request a return.
  • Log in to your account:
    • Enter your email address and click Continue.
    • Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit code.
    • Select the order you wish to return.
    • If your order includes multiple items, select the specific ones you wish to return.
    • Choose a return reason and add any notes.
    • Click Submit Request.

Please give us 1 business day to respond to your return request.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you can submit a return and place a new order.
