We currently only ship orders within Canada and the USA.
Our warehouse is located in Ontario, Canada.
We ship through USPS, Canada Post, ICS Express, UniUni, Fleet Optics, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS.
Orders can only be canceled or changed if they haven’t been processed.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any way and sent back in their original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to contact us before sending the return so we can issue a RMA number. We will not issue refunds for any items returned to us without prior communication.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will not send a return label unless it was a fault or issue on our end.
It is recommended that you include a tracking number with your return as we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please note, refunds will be issued only once the item has been received and inspected.
Material feels so soft and sweater is very comfy!! It is a true oversized hoodie, you would want to size down if you’re thinking you’re in between sizes.
I love this set because it's super soft and the thick brushed cotton holds up, wash after wash. It's we'll priced and ends up being able to have a second life because it's high quality, I like to be a good steward to our environment and resources!
