We are committed to delivering your products in perfect condition to the address provided at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive your package during normal business hours.

1. Where We Ship

Mila & Co. ships to the United States and Canada.
Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or any unidentifiable addresses.

 

2. Shipping Costs
  • Free shipping on orders over $120.

  • For orders under $120:

    • U.S.: $7

    • Canada: $10

      Special offers or promotions may occasionally include free shipping.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may extend during peak periods like holidays or new product launches.

4. Estimated Shipping Times
  • U.S.: 1-10 business days

  • Canada: 1-10 business days

Please note, these are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location.

If you need your item faster, we offer an option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. However, please note that upgraded shipping times are still estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please track your package with the carrier to stay updated. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking details, or email us at hello@shopmilaandco.com.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural events or issues with the courier. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

7. Undelivered Packages

If no one is available to accept the delivery, your package may be returned, and additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mila & Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. Secure Delivery Address

We recommend providing a secure delivery location, like your home or workplace, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages from unsafe addresses.

10. Completed Deliveries

Your delivery is considered complete when marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy


This policy covers all purchases made through shopmilaandco.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code

2. Conditions for Return
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Please include proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable.

3. Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy/returns page and request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue."
    • In your email, open the message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  1. Select the order you want to return.
  2. If your order includes more than one item, select the specific items you wish to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and add any notes for the store.
  4. Click "Submit Request."

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive your refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received, allow 2-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing.
If you’re returning a product without any defects, return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
